With this record, could I get into UCLA, or USC?
HIGH SCHOOL
~3.4-3.6 GPA
~4 Years math, 4 Years english (English 1 & 2, Am. Lit & Comp., Shakespeare, College Prep English, Speech), 3 years Social Sciences (U.S. History, World History, Government, Sociology. Geography).
~3 Years Science
~2 Years Spanish
Drama/Baseball (2 yrs/1yr); Bowling
ACT 21- plan on retaking.
Held 2 jobs since sophomore year, getting the first one sophomore year and second Junior year.
If I go to a comm. college for 2 years and maintain A's & B's (mostly A's), and with the above, could I get into UCLA, or USC?
Mainly looking to study film in California.
You can achieve anything if you believe. You should improve that G.P.A and plan on taking the SAT/ ACT again. I suggest for the SAT you get around 1700 and ACT to 23 and up but those are just minimums. however dont think you cannot get in if you do not get amazing scores.
