Is playing at night harder for professional baseball players than during the day?

If possible,I'd like to get some answers from anyone who's ever played baseball,especially night time games.

the lights make it very managable to play at night. it is quite hard to play when the lights are not very good. the only other time that playing at night is worse then the day is when it is really cold. but in the summer, most players would prefer to play in the evening then in the heat of the day. there are games in texas where the gametime temp on the field is close to 110. so i know they like the evening better...when its only 95.
